The 3rd International Fair of ENERGY 2008 was one of the most successful fairs that were organized this year in Greece. On our booth (F-162), Tropical S.A. presented the most innovative products that have been researched and developed in cooperation with Greek Universities & research Institutes such as the hydrogen fuel cell power generators, the 4 seated electric city car and the electric – hybrid scooter, both of them with type approval for road circulation (accepts license plates). Our booth was visited by the Minister of Development, Mr. C. Folias, and numerous professors from High Schools, Colleges, Universities and many other institutes & foundations having some very interesting and constitutive discussions as well as sales.
Tropical S.A. exhibited & presented to its visitors its full range of hydrogen fuel cell products as well as electric – hybrid vehicles including:
1. “TR-5000’’, a stationary fuel cell power generator producing 5kW of electric power with voltages 220V/AC using a liquid cooled PEM fuel cell stack with power ranging from 5kW to 20kW.
2. “TR-1000”, a portable hydrogen fuel cell power generator producing 1kW of electric power with voltages 12V/DC and/or 220V/AC using an air cooled PEM fuel cell stack with power ranging from 300W to 3kW.
3. The first in Greece 4 seated electric city car with type approval for road circulation
4. The first in Greece Electric – Hybrid Scooter (with gasoline + batteries) with type approval for road circulation
5. Power Saving Systems for energy – fuel applicable to Internal Combustion Engines and Vehicles
During the 3rd International Fair of ENERGY 2008 there was great interest from visitors for our innovative products and especially for the electric vehicles which are on mass produced and sold on very attractive prices.
