The partnership proves to be validation of excellence and competitiveness of our cutting-edge technology products” said George Lagios, Chairman and CEO of TROPICAL. “In addition to the commercial distribution of our NG fuel-cell systems, the ASPATE agreement will also give us the opportunity to apply a number of additional next-generation power solutions, which are currently in the pipeline.” TROPICAL’s current Fuel-Cell Power Systems product portfolio consists of hydrogen, methanol, propane and natural-gas powered solutions for both stationary and portable applications in the range of 100W to 20kW. Tropical is also one of the very first European companies to utilize Hydrogen Fuel Cells in power electric cars, scooters and boats and at present it is working on fuel-cell deployment for mini buses.

TROPICAL will present the 5KW natural-gas powered fuel-cell system GreenGen NG-5 at the upcoming Hydrogen + Fuel Cells tradeshow in Hannover (23-27 April, 2012, stand D60). Show visitors will be able to see a live demonstration of the GreenGen NG-5 system in operation.
